靜電除塵設備
靜電除塵器的工(gong)作原理(li)是利(li)用高壓電場(chang)(chang)使煙氣(qi)發生電離,氣(qi)流中的粉塵荷電在電場(chang)(chang)作用下與(yu)氣(qi)流分離。負極由不同(tong)斷面形狀的金屬(shu)導線制(zhi)成(cheng),叫放電電極。
正極由不(bu)同幾(ji)何(he)形狀的(de)(de)金屬(shu)板(ban)制成,叫集(ji)塵(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極。靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器的(de)(de)性能受粉(fen)塵(chen)性質、設(she)備構(gou)造和煙氣流(liu)速等三個因素的(de)(de)影響。粉(fen)塵(chen)的(de)(de)比電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻是評價導電(dian)(dian)(dian)性的(de)(de)指標,它對除塵(chen)效率有直接(jie)的(de)(de)影響。比電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過低(di),塵(chen)粒難(nan)以保持在(zai)集(ji)塵(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極上,致使(shi)其重返氣流(liu)。比電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過高,到達(da)集(ji)塵(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極的(de)(de)塵(chen)粒電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷不(bu)易放出(chu),在(zai)塵(chen)層之間形成電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓梯(ti)度(du)會產生局部擊穿和放電(dian)(dian)(dian)現象(xiang)。這些情況都會造成除塵(chen)效率下降。
靜電(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)的電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)由控制箱、升(sheng)壓變(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)和整流器(qi)(qi)組成。電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)輸出的電(dian)(dian)壓高低對除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)效率也有很大影響。因(yin)此,靜電(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)運行電(dian)(dian)壓需保(bao)持40一75kV乃(nai)至100kV以(yi)上。
